KEEP IN MIND
My office hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm & Saturday 10am-1pm. I will typically respond within 48hrs. I will NOT always respond to messages in demand.
If there are delays in your check ins or if I suspect that I won’t be able to get to you in a timely manner, I will let you know.
Any issues regarding your coaching service or payments are to be sent to me via email at: sehacoaching@gmail.com
CHECK INS
The check in process is an integral part of your coaching. It allows you to sit and reflect on how you went the past week and how you should keep moving forward. It gives me all the information I need to best support you.
You will be told the cut off date for your check ins and can expect a response within 48hrs of then.
The check in may vary in its form and length. it could be “keep doing what your doing” or a video response to best strategise on how we can get you the outcome you want.
You will need to alocate 5-15 mins to sit and reflect on your goals and your actions and everything going on in your life.
Those who give more detailed check ins, tend to get the most results!!
CLIENT EXPECTATIONS
Check ins are to be completed by the time allocated by your coach - Sunday 12am - if for any reason there’s a delay and you’re unable to do it by then, this must be communicated to the coach.
All parts of your check ins must be filled in every week, on good and bad weeks, this will help me understand you and support you best. If unsure about anything, ask!
The more lifting videos and pictures I receive, the more you’ll get out of your coaching experience.
If there’s any concerns on how I can better support you, that is to be communicated to me.
The minimum coaching term mentioned in the contract of the online coaching service is not negotiable.
If you’re unsure of the terms and conditions of your coaching, refer to the signed contract.
COACH EXPECTATIONS
For check ins that are feedback will be sent by the time nominated by your coach - Monday or Tuesday - if for any reason there’s a delay in my ability to provide your feedback in time, this will be communicated to you.
If check in is complete, and adherence is met, my feedback will be sent and/or make changes based on plans & outcomes
If check in is complete but not adherent, I will work with you to improve the following week (as no changes can be made while adherence is not being met to an acceptable standard)
If check in is incomplete, no feedback will be delivered
Anything sent on Facebook Messenger (lifting videos, questions, etc) throughout the week may be responded to during the week or via the check in.
The check in may come in the form of a video, voice message or written message, depending on what I see fit at the time.
